Refund policy

This right of return applies to all orders from DeciPay.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Returning the products is easy. If you are dissatisfied with your order, received the wrong product, received defective or unsuitable products, please contact our customer service at info@decipay.store for return and refund assistance.

Return costs:

The customer bears the return costs. The actual costs are to be borne by the customer and paid to the shipping party for both unsatisfied and defective products.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a refund within 7 business days using the payment method used to place your order.

Please note:

Only products in new condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

How can I return my order?

Follow these DeciPay to return your items:

Send an email to info@decipay.store to register your return.
Our customer service will send you the return form.
Return the items and send the return tracking number to info@decipay.store

You will receive your money within 7 days of receiving your return.

Order cancellation

You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After that, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to info@decipay.store within the first 30 minutes .

Received damaged items?

If you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to assist you with returns and exchanges. Contact us at info@decipay.store
